What type of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards.

What are your deposit and payment policies?

Deposit and payment terms differ based on your room selection and chosen payment plan.

25% Deposit Terms: To secure your booking, you pay a 25% deposit upon booking, followed by 3 additional payments of 25% every 30 days.

50% Deposit Terms: To secure your booking, you pay a 50% deposit now, and the balance in 30 days.

100% Payment Terms: If your booking date is within 30 days of the start of the Retreat, 100% of package price is due.

Exceptions: If your booking date is within the 30 day period, then 100% of package price is due at booking. If your booking date does not allow for installments every 30 days, your additional payments will be accelerated per Reset Retreat discretion.

Happiness Fund: To qualify for this payment plan, you pay a 50% deposit now and receive a link to share with friends and family to donate towards your trip. In the event that you do not receive the balance of the trip through the fund from friends and family, you agree to pay the remainder yourself 30 days before the start date of the Retreat. In the event that you receive donations that exceed the balance of your total room package cost, the overage would be refunded back to you personally.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express as payment. If you prefer to pay by check or bank transfer, please send your payment an additional 14 days before the deadline – reservation is NOT secure/confirmed until payment is finalized/processed. The payment for any additional items (spa, individual coaching or yoga, off-site adventures, etc) that are purchased during your stay must be finalized by a credit card payment prior to your departure from the Retreat location. Early departures will incur a fee of $250 for all guests.

What is your cancellation policy?

Any cancellations prior to arrival will incur all or some withholding or extra fees based on your payment plan and cancellation date. Reservations are transferrable with a $200 fee – and can only be transferred upon receipt of full package price. Cancellations are subject to a $200 fee and the terms below:

If a full priced guest cancels 3 or more calendar months prior to retreat start date, 80% of full package price will be refunded and 20% credited (i.e. nonrefundable) to a retreat within a year.

If a discounted guest cancels 3 calendar months or more prior to retreat start date, 70% of full package price will be refunded and 30% credited (i.e. nonrefundable) to a retreat within a year.

If any guest cancels between 1 – 3 calendar months prior to retreat start date, 25% of full package price will be refunded and 75% credited (i.e. nonrefundable) to a retreat within a year. If a guest has not made full payment, a charge will be assessed to recover additional monies to fulfill the terms above.

If any guest cancels less than 30 days prior to retreat start date 100% of retreat package price is forfeited while 20% can be applied to a future retreat within a year. If a guest has not made full payment, a charge will be assessed to recover additional monies to fulfill the terms above.

If full payment has not been made at the time of cancellation, retreat credit will be issued first to satisfy the terms above – i.e. in lieu of a refund or with a reduced refund. Meaning, the portion of the package price to be credited to the guest will be prioritized over the portion to be refunded. Any cancellation fees will be deducted first.

Happiness Fund Payment Plan: To qualify for the Happiness Fund, you agree that your reservation, deposit and any payments are non-refundable. A reservation transfer to another person would still apply if conditions below are met.

FlyFree Payment Plan: Guests that book using the FLYFREE promotion are subject to a fully non-refundable booking with Reset Retreat.

Reset Retreat Cancellation: Should the retreat be cancelled for any reason not within control of the Reset Retreat team, (i.e. inclement weather, political strife, or other unsafe travelling/hosting situation) any recoverable deposits and payments will be applied to a future retreat.

Room Configurations
Room configurations depend on the Retreat location and are outlined in your individual reservation forms. Rooms are distributed on a first come-first served basis. Although we endeavor to meet your requests when placing you with a fellow guest, group diversity does not always accommodate for this. Due to limited availability, cabin configurations are set prior to your arrival on a first come, first served basis. In the event that you book with a friend for shared accommodations, you will be guaranteed a room with that person if there is still a room available. If your friend cancels, we will do our best to pair you with a compatible roommate or offer you the choice to upgrade to a single room. In the event that you request shared accommodations with one of our other guests, we will attempt to pair you up with a compatible roommate. Availability depends on Retreat location, time of booking and demand from other interested parties.
